[redacted] replaced our a/c-furnace with a Trane unit a couple of years agoThe replacement process went quickly and smoothlyWe were leaving on a short vacation trip September 16, when we noticed the a/c making a strange noise while we were packing the carWe called [redacted] who dispatched a repairman who arrived within minutesHe diagnosed the problem but did not have the parts to repairHe said he would pick up the part and repair it the next day but we were to go ahead and leave as plannedUpon our return we found the unit had been repaired and was working perfectly and were delighted to learn the repair was under warrantyThe quick response by Shawn to both the phone call and repair was exceptional I would highly recommend this business to anyone

He said he would pick up the part and repair it the next day but we were to go ahead and leave as planned.
