March 8, 2016Dear Revdex.com:I would like to say first that [redacted] did not purchase the equipment from my companyThey went to [redacted] distribution center in Allentown, Paand purchased with my charge account , with MrM [redacted] (who is not my partner in any business) [redacted] and MrM [redacted] are friends since high school and was asked to help in the project as a friend of MrM***In the second placed, told both of them that [redacted] was running a special where you received a keg of [redacted] **@ refrigerant with the purchase of a complete air conditioning system; (keg usually costs $To $100.)The system was filled to needed compacity and the excess was given to me for two reasons being that you require a federal license to buy and have possession of said refrigerant and the serial numbers were in my name, I was to receive the left over refrigerant for saving [redacted] over $4,for equipment on said jobNot to mention I would never leave said refrigerant at a customer's home, it is illegal and can be dangerous in a non-trained persons hands.This entire incident happened over months ago and only the first months are covered fully by [redacted] , I do not make the equipment so, stay by it with [redacted] and then fix it for a cost if it fails.MrM [redacted] and [redacted] have been in an on-going law suit of a personal matter which seems to be his reasoning to involve this favor helped MrM [redacted] complete for MValentiregret that [redacted] is having problems with his system; however this was a favor for a friend not a business dealI would have been happy to help him again, if the problem was within the month warranty and more than happy to point him in right direction to get help for his system that happens to be in South Carolina.Respectfully Submitted, Shawn Seidel
