Shawn Oden Home Improvement

Review: Mr. Oden and his employees replaced a patio roof at my residence on 4/13-4/14/15. I paid him a total of $2900.00 for this service. He gave me a verbal guarantee that if there were any problems, he will return to fix them. Over the past seven months, I have called him numerous times about a leaking area in the back of the roof. He repeatedly tells me that he has been busy, and will schedule a time to fix it soon. This has not happened.Desired Settlement: I need Mr. Oden to honor his contract by correcting the problem. If he is not willing to do that, I want my payment to be refunded.
