Back in August of 2014, customer *** saw a floor model wall oven on display
The unit was marked down to The customer insisted that we meet this price
I explained to the customer if they wanted a new unit the price would be considerably more
Yes the customer purchased the floor
model and payed the discounted price
Yes the customer has had several service calls on the unit, all at N/C
9-28-Greg Stewart, one of the owners went to assess the unitWe then ordered a
temperature probe and installed the probe on 10-26-2015, while the technician
was trying to repair the unit, Dave *** was cussing at him and complaining
about the entire staff at Stewart’s, including myself, Nancy Stewart-Schneider
We have every right to refuse service especially if there is verbal abuse involved,
but we completed the repairGreg Stewart installed the part and left the home
The customer called back a second time with the same issueWe ordered additional
parts for the customerThe customer also contacted Electrolux direct, and they agreed to
pay for both parts and labor
A different technician went back to the home on 11-5-and installed the additional parts
He tested the unit before he left and it was working properly
The customer has a working wall oven
It has been repaired at no cost to the consumer
We did contact the manufacturer regarding a replacement unit
I did not receive a response from Electrolux until 11-17-
They are now willing to replace the unit and are shipping it in to Stewart’s
They will contact the customer directly
