Told to pick up our repaired vehicle on 10/27/2015 for $2,307.02Upon handing the clerk a credit card, an additional $269.72 was added to the total and noted after payment and in Invoice as "Charge customer extra $269.72 for constantly calling for repair status & don't tell customer about increase until after they pay."Business owner also threatened that we would "be sorry" if we told anyone about this. Other threats such as vandalizing our vehicle and producing another receipt that doesn't show the evidence of extortion billing were made by Mr. Shaw.
