Recently purchased a camper from Shaw Auto Group. Worked with [redacted], his wife and several employees. Had a very positive experience. They all were very helpful, showing me how everything worked as I am new to the camper world. [redacted] went out of his way to get us the correct hitch and ball needed and even gives you his cell # to contact him with questions.

I went to Shaw Auto group to purchase a vehicle. We were dealing with salesperson [redacted]. We arrived at 9:30am. The business opens at 10:00am. We were very rudely greeted by a young lady that twice announced herself as the owner, [redacted]. We simply told her we were there to meet [redacted] to purchase a vehicle. Her reply, " I am the owner, he better be here. My partner went inside the business as [redacted] arrived. He asked [redacted] if he had done something to offend her? If everything was ok? She replied everything was fine. As my partner turned his head [redacted] began to frown, shake her head and roll her eyes. I stated, " we are done here. Salesman [redacted] got up from behind his desk and said, " yea, y'all are done, you need to go." We were there to buy a work vehicle that the dealership was going to make several thousand on. We were ok with overpaying a little and even paying a higher used car interest rate. We were not ok being treated rudely and immaturely by a "business owner" and her employee.
