Most pathetic customer service! This is the worst product and service I have even seen
I bought the shava tv box from them and it stoping working and when I called their customer service or technical support and they didn't pick my call up and I kept calling them and emailing them and no one answered and reply back to my emaili went to their website and it showed that to exchange the box it would additional $to exchange iti went ahead and did the exchange payment but I still didn't received any email about it or call

I bought this Shava TV box a few years ago from a local retailer, my box stopped powering on I called the local retailer and they told me they no longer sell this product and that to go online and contact them I tried to call them but to no avail I decided to email them about my issueThey did not provide me a resolution but instead told me to mail my box to their repair centerI did so in December, and I now I cannot get my box back or even a response back from the company as to what is going on with my bxoI have tried calling, emailing and they have stopped responding to me
I have shava box I need technical support I called so many times but no answer I sent email same no reply the shava technical support and manegment team is very un professional I had bad experience to choose shava tv
I recharged my shavatv for years knowing I will have all the Arabic channels I had including all the MBC channels and the Zalwan I after couple of months I started to loose the channels I contacted them via email and never been solved I asked for refund but no respond
I ordered the ShavaGold and the order arrived after weeksWhen I opened the order it was the ShavaMXI tried to contact them via email and phone but no replyI've been a customer with them for the past 7+ yrsThey have the worst customer service in the customer service industryI have Jadoo before them and I never had any issuesThey always helped me in any way possibleDon't fall in the trapget away if you canTHEY ARE THE WORST
