Shasta Termite Control

Shasta Termite Control is very slow on getting out their reports in a timely manner. They do not practice ethical business practices in getting the report out on time to all parties. They will provide a $ figure on a verbal basis and not present their findings. In real estate this is a bad precedent and does not allow both parties equal opportunity to respond and possibly research the findings. I don't use Shasta Termite for this reason and in the past they have done very shoddy work on Section 1 repairs. The Buyer was extremely unhappy with their finished work which was late and shabby. I would never use them.
