Our billing procedure was explained to this customer. This customer never paid his bill until services were discontinued despite our procedure which is: bill due the 25th as stated on our invoice, late letter mailed the 26th stating customer has until the 19th of the next month to pay or there...

service will be discontinued and a door post placed on the 19th stating services will be shutoff the next day unless past due amount is paid. We have extended a no charge,interest free payment plan to this customer twice.This client's letter was returned by the post office and we took the time to hand deliver it to them. They were put on payment plans twice but defaulted. All new customers are charged a $200 deposit. This deposit was applied to the unpaid balance on this customers account when it was closed at his request. Once the significant other was willing to pay off the $20 something balance left on the bill, fill out an application and provide a $200 deposit water services were supplied. This customer behaves in a hostile, threatening manner and has threatened to shoot us.
