Review: On Monday 6/13 my husband took a pair of black and white spe[redacted] audition shoes in to have heels replaced. My husband questioned the amount to repair, the owner told him the shoes were a very good pair and shoes and the price was right to repair them. My husband left shoes with card to pick them up Friday 6/17. My husband went to pick up shoes 6/17 another person gave the shoes. The heels one was cut higher in the back. The other shoe had cuts on it like a g[redacted] had been used. 6/20 my husband took shoes back to show owner what happened. Owner said I had walked on [redacted] and cut shoe. Owner refused to discuss with my husband. Walked in office shut door. When I went in to ask why he had not told my husband about cuts on heel, he would not come. As the owner T[redacted] my husband and he found cuts on the heel. He should have called it to my husband’s attention and told him. That he would rather not try to report it. But he did not do that. Because there were not any marks on the heel when it was taken in. I ask him how it could be a stick or stepping off a curve when he told me how shoes were messed up. I told him for that to happen I would have been walking with my foot upside down. He laughed and said so that’s the way it is and refund. He tried to wipe off excess g[redacted] and string from fuel. I did get upset when he laughed about closing door on my husband first time. Then he ordered me out of shop. I tried to tell him why he ruined a good pair of shoes.. he said he did not do it his employees did. Which when [redacted] were left he said he did the work. I ask why didn’t you say someone else would do the work.. again he smirked and pointed to the door and said bye bye. When I started out his wife said my husband does excellent work. I said he didn’t do it. She don’t call my husband a liar and opened door and said OUT GOODBYE.Desired Settlement: I am 84 years of age my husband is 86 we have had bad not had these kind of business treatment.
