Stay away from this Company. Employees are rude and incompetent. They don't answer calls and don't follow through on individual complaints. They are bad news. Check out the reviews on them.
Beware of a service company that does not care about their reputation, and has a license to steal. Yelp 1.5, Angie's list 1, Better Business Bureau D, Google business a 2. Dan has a law degree and he knows what he can get away with, and the law in place that protects them from paying any of their legal fees if you try to sue them. They deflect everything back to your board members that have been told not to communicate with the rest of the association. They push high ticket repair work through, and in our case, have the board take out a loan for over $300K. Have requested multiple times to see our budget, and still have not seen what the big loan was for. Miguel our manager, is now no longer working for Sharper Management, and a board member has put his house on the market. I suspect foul play, and when and if I finally get the numbers, the truth will be told.
