This customer had a concern with the rough appearance of six (6) boards.Both the customer and the company agreed that it was not a paint coating issue, but a wood and multiple coating build up issue causing this appearance.We are replacing the boards at our cost with no profit or margin in order to satisfy this customer.The complainant has agreed in whole to this plan.We anticipate completing this before the end of the month.We appreciate the customer meeting with us and coming up with a solution that is fair for both parties
