Thank you for the feedback I apologize for the error at check out I trust you received a refund I appreciate your suggestion to cover the old price if there is a markdown That's our policy but we'll need to be more diligent to insure that's being
done correctly Sharp Shopper differs from conventional grocery stores in that the majority of our products are surplus or closeouts from the grocery industry and our inventory changes daily creating many challenges for scanning We have and will continue to consider scanning but we have immediate plans to do so I do understand the difficulty in interpreting our receipts after check out and we'll be happy to answer any questions you might have Again thanks for writing us as we very much appreciate you patronageLeonard C***
