Dear [redacted],I just got a letter from you about the complaint from one of our customer name [redacted] [redacted]. He bought a replica blank gun from our website. His first issue was the handle does not match what it was advertised on our website. We told him...

that we will send him the handles once we get them back in stock. So he was perfectly fine with it. After one month he is saying that the replica gun is not working. We told him to send the gun back to us and we can see if we can fix the replica or can exchange it for him.Once we got the replica gun back from him, [redacted] has altered the gun, my removing the Orange Plug from the front of the gun which is required by federal law, and by removing that Orange Plug, this replica gun becomes illegal to own or sell.So we explained him that we cannot take this return, because you have altered the gun and the warranty is been voided.
