This is a very unusual situation were our customer passed away as we were finishing the repair of the vehicle. A very sad situation. I am not sure were the communication breakdown took place but it has never been our intention to take advantage...

of this family in their worst time of grief. .My heart & prayers go out to this family. I have reached out to the family to resole this issue and have agreed with their terms of waiving any storage fees lien fees or admim. fees
