The customer came into our dealership today to have the general manager and service manager inspect the damages. We have agreed to fix the repairs at no charge to the customer and the customer has agreed to let us perform the repairs at our facility. The two parts that are needed to...

complete the repairs to the customer's satisfaction have been ordered and the customer will be notified when they arrive. We offered the customer a loaner car to drive while his vehicle is being repaired. An appointment will be set for the customer when the parts arrive.

Volkswagen of [redacted] is a provider for the extended warranty plan that you purchased.  They will be able to make any repairs covered under your extended warranty.  We have also make arrangements with the warranty company and your deductible will be waived for future claims.
