Sharp Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning

We recently had our carpets and grout cleaned by SharpI was not very happy with the grout but hate to complain so was going to live with it...until we had a professional come in a month later to seal the grout and say it was a poor jobI decided to have someone hand clean just to see the difference and it was obvious Sharp did a quick job and did not careThey were in and out It looks so much better by hand...*** the owner only offered to come redo itI explained it was already doneCorrectly I was happy with the carpet cleaning but was hoping for a partial refund of grout cleaning
