I received a call from *** *** last Fall concerning a leak around a patio door installed last JulyWe sent the sub-contractor out to remedy the situationThat was in October of last year. The next time that Mr *** called was in April of this yeari again asked to subcontractor to
see what they could do to remedy the situationThey did call the homeowner, and planned on going out to work on the doorThe homeowner at that point filed a complaint to the Revdex.com. All Star Building Corpdecided to send a different team out to remedy the door situationBasically, the door was re-installed and we again wrapped the patio door with pvc aluminum. Mr*** seemed pleased with our remedy and said that he would contact the Revdex.com and let them know of the outcome. Thank you for your help in the aboveSincerely, David *** Project Manager
