Review: I received this letter from a collection lawyer for a bill that I never received. I paid the bill but disputed the interest and lawyer fees. They tell me because I paid the bill in full that my case was closed and they will not issue me a refund for those amounts . I had requested a copy of the bill and when I received it, they had sent the bill to my daughters estranged husband, I never received a bill. The paper work I had signed for my daughters dentist states my address. I paid what was expected from me at the time of the visit, they filed with the insurance but they did not pay. I never received a bill. They sent it to [redacted] because his address is with the insurance company. They should have sent it to me if they wanted me to pay.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed the lawyer fees and the interest and the cashiers check fee totaling $267.72.
