I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  But I also want to say they have lied and I told miss [redacted] I wanted a refund the day after my child was removed from your daycare and at that time I was told I would get my refund back in 1-2 weeks. And that was 4 months ago and have records to prove you are lieing and a dishonest company

We always pay refunds in a timely manner .  Our records on this one show that it was received during the holidays, and the refund is timely based on that. We are extremely serious about being timely, and are concerned if this caused any hardship.  We are making payment immediate to resolve...
