Our on-site staff has been working with Ms [redacted] for the last several months on this problem Our lease and rules require that only the resident park their car behind their gate That car must be registered with the office Any guest vehicles must be parked in the guest parking area This area has been described to the residents via written notices All rental cars, if not registered, must be parked in the visitor area.Ms [redacted] has been informed of this policy by both the manager and the management company I am not sure why there still is confusion I understand she does not like the policy but those are the rules.All residents are treated the same Ms [redacted] is not aware of what actions are taken with other residents who are non-compliant with the parking policy
