I am writing in regards to the complaint filed by *** ***, ID #***.Tyler Z***, Sales Manager, spoke with Mr*** the morning of 8/ Tyler apologized for any lack of communication that may have occurred regarding the towing capacity Tyler advised the customer
that if in the future he needs the higher towing capacity and/or gear ratio, to please contact our dealership and we will explore the option of trading Mr*** out of the current vehicle, into a vehicle with the higher ratio etc As a goodwill gesture and in an effort to satisfy the customer, Tyler offered to purchase an accessory for Mr*** at no cost to the customer Mr*** advised Tyler that he will think about the offer and get back to him.If you should have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.Kim P***
