We needed to get a Texas Tech students car repaired quickly so it could pass inspection and Gary's Service Center was very helpful in getting her car in and out same day They diagnosed the problem quickly and got it repaired same day They also went out of their way to give our student a ride to and from her Apartment while the repairs were being done as she didn't have anyone else that could assist her It is reassuring to know that if she has anymore issues while in Lubbock we have a place that she can take her car and that they will take care of her and her car

I have utilized Gary's Service Center since on many different vehicle that I have owned and have had nothing but posative encounters with Gary and his staffThe most memerable situation is when my clutch had gone out in the middle of a busy intersectionMyself and a fellow motorist was able to push my vehicle out of the intersection to keep from disrupting flow of traffic and after a phone call to Gary my vehicle was loaded on a flatbed shortly afterI recieved a phone call shortly after diagnosing the clutch along with a reasonable price to have it replacedI was back on the road in no timeGary and his staff have always answered any of my questions and I have to say that their communication and customer service is second to noneThe prices are very competitive which is impressive for a locally owned business who doesn't have the advantage of ordering bulk parts and getting steep discountsIf I were ever to have a problem I could contact Gary directly and bypass the 1-numbers and headache of big chain repair shops
