Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I do not have access to the mail where they sent whatever it is they sentPlease have them send it to: [redacted] Furthermore, they were unwilling to satisfy what I wanted to happen, basically telling me that "I can ask anyone here and they would all say the same thing: there's no way that will ever happen" or something along those lines Unfortunately now I have all manner of expenses preventing me from settling this debt right now The key point here is that it was their fault that this happened in the first placeI had no problem keeping up with a measely $minimum payment but they had to screw things up, not contact me when it went haywire then stick me with a huge minimum payment that I could not afford at the time Now they're completely unwilling to work it out with me in a way that I can have my account reopened, and all of my hard work to be eligible for the US Airways rewards card is gone Honestly I need to read what they wrote before I can really say anything, but if this is not resolved to my liking I will never do business with Barclay's bank ever againOh you better believe they will get their money but they will be dead to me, like PNC Bank and a couple of other institutions that I have completely refused to do business with after being treated poorlyAnother example is CVS Pharmacy I stand by my convictions
