I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have spent close to two hours having to fight with is company to have my account correctly credited which they only did because I involved the Revdex.com. I do not need further assistance however, I do want others to be able to research this company and know what type of customer service they can expect prior to accepting any credit terms from them.

The problem remains unresolved. I have now going months without a credit card. All automatic payments have failed and fees have resulted as a result to my detriment. The bank has made absolutely no efforts to resolve this problem. They have provided materially false information to the CFPB and Revdex.com. Its conduct is reprehensible.Regards,

Revdex.com Delaware, I have received two phone messages from the Office of the President at Barclaycard Delaware in response to this Complaint after sending this message to cancel my complaint on April 8th, the day that they complied.  One on the 19th (Tuesday) and Today, the 25th...

(Monday).  This is a bit unnecessary as I was hoping that I would not receive a response from them if I had canceled my complaint as they had followed through with their returned fee amount the following day after submitting a Revdex.com claim.   There is no method to directly contact my claim handler via the complaint page or Revdex.com to cancel this claim other than this general e-mail.   Please close Complaint ID [redacted] and respond to the business as Satisfied.   Thank you!!

The letter I received did not resolve my complaint. My credit limit still is $2700 and has yet to be reinstated to my original $3700 that I've had for 2 years with NO new accounts opened since, which the claimed excuse in the initial letter was because too many open credit cards. . The letter you just sent to me stated you could not speak with my wife (authorized user) I work odd work hours, so during your business hours I am either working or sleeping, so my wife has been given permission to handle my credit and bills..
