If your company entitles you to close right at you need to put a sign in the front informing customers!! We arrived minutes before and was turned away because they were about to close and everyone was starting a haircut, keep in mind it was for my son with short hair it's not long! I felt discriminated against because we are Hispanic, they couldn't even greet us or feel welcome, the lady in front of us was white and they took her even though all the seats were full and that was the excuseMy son was so excited he cried all the way home! We both work full time and we got out of work and picked him up and got there as soon as possibleMaybe all it is they're lazy people, well that shop is not going to last!!! Very disappointed and I will not ever recommend this place that turn CHILDREN AWAYI am a manager in retail and I know what entitles good customer service Manager called me and basically told me "it is what it is" fact of a matter is if a business is trying to do good and get a good name they put customers first always
