Ordered something March 9th 2021. After a couple weeks and it still had not shipped I emailed asking about my order. They sent some lame email back telling me that the order was being processed as we speak and to be rest assured that they will send me tracking numbers once it ships... well it's April 22nd and nothing. I've emailed back 2 times since the first email with no response.

Product arrived damaged 4 weeks after order placed, company said they would replace item. Unable to contact since then.
A product was ordered from this company that arrived 4 weeks after the order date completely crushed. I sent them an email, with attached phots, and they replied that they would send a replacement item immediately. That was December 23rd and they have not replied to any of the 3 emails I have sent since then. I have tried every way listed on their website to contact them, and they have not responded to any of my inquiries.

I paid this company $300 on 12/17/2019 with my *** card for their services a woman by name *** promised me she could stop the foreclosure of my home. I tried contacting her thru emails and calls but cannot get a hold of her since 12/18/2019..today 12/27/2019 A woman by name ***called me to tell me that they tried to collect money from my card or else they couldn't help me with the foreclosure problem ..never did the other woman called or have they provided me with the court papers or anything that tells me that they are helping me ...so I refused to give them more money ..

I ordered a product on November 22/19. Order # *** ..TriBright? LED Adjustable Light
The tracking numbers supplied show the product is not moving and/or was delivered to the wrong address.
I have sent several emails to the company - *** SharkDeals Customer Service. I have been told the tracking numbers would be updated. Nothing has happened so far. I asked to have the order cancelled and a refund issued and I have not received an answer.

The tracking numbers given do not help with my delivery.
The Canada Post says "waiting for item".
The US site says ***, Delivered, Front Door/Porch - Your item was delivered at the front door or porch at 11:26 am on December 12, 2019 in ***."
When I called the US Postal Service I was told this is not a post office and the item should not have been routed via the U.S. It was shipped incorrectly.
