address any concerns she may have had - [redacted] would not respond timely to emails. After speaking with [redacted] in mid-November, she never answered my questions about what in particular she wanted to circle back with us regarding. She never responded and then contacted us in January asking a refund. - She refused to speak on the phone prior to us sending any sort of money. Below is a more detailed account of our correspondence with [redacted] - First, this transaction was through Game Changer Media Group d/b/a Game Changer Meetings, not Shark Branding. - On October [redacted], [redacted] met for her 1-on-1 consultation with [redacted] - On October [redacted], [redacted] reached out to me asking for her meetings notes from the consultation because she had not received them yet. Typically, our meeting notes are sent 7 business days after the consultation. By sending them on October [redacted], we were still within that recommended time frame. Regardless, I responded that day, apologized for the delay in the notes, and sent them over via email. Additionally, my colleague had told me that [redacted] had some follow-up questions. In that same email that I sent over the notes in I said "[My colleague] mentioned that you had a follow-up question. Let me know if you'd like to jump on a call to discuss further and if you have any additional questions." I did not receive a response from [redacted] until November [redacted]. - On November [redacted], [redacted] first mentioned requesting a refund via email. On that same day, I replied via email saying we do not give full refunds after a customer has already sat with [redacted]. Additionally, I said in that same email, "If you'd like I can jump on the phone with you to answer any questions you may have. Let me know when would be a good time to speak with you. Thanks." I did not receive a response from [redacted] until November [redacted]. - On November [redacted], [redacted] sent an email. She didn't answer my question at all and responded only with "[redacted] told me, when I find an investor to contact him back. Im at the stage right now." - On November [redacted], we had the following dialogue over email: From me: "Great. What sort of investment in your investor doing with you and your company? What would you like to speak with [redacted] about regarding this new investment?" From [redacted]: "He just told me to contact him back when I found investor. So, that's what I did." From me: "OK I can circle back with him, but if you’d like to speak with him again, I’d recommend you come up with some topics to discuss, specifically how he could possibly help." From [redacted]: "I'm not paying anymore money to your company. Just let him know, I found investor and see what he says. Thanks" From me: "I didn’t say anything about any additional payments. I wanted to simply make sure that all of the items you wanted to address would be properly explored." - On January **, 2015, after not hearing from [redacted] since November [redacted], she then brought up via email asking for a refund. That same day I responded reiterating how we don't give full refunds after sitting with [redacted] but would be more than happy to get on the phone with her to discuss in more detail. - Over the next couple days, [redacted] demanded getting a full refund and refused to speak on the phone. I was willing to give her a partial refund after speaking with her on the phone, but she refused. I did not feel comfortable blindly sending any sort of money without speaking with [redacted] first.

Review: I paid $2060.00 for a 1 on 1 meeting with [redacted] for 30 minutes in Miami, FL to Game Changer Meetings/Shark Branding. From the beginning I have dealt with one of his employees [redacted]. Before the meeting, I was sent a Business Assessment thru email to complete. It consisted of about 100 questions; the same type of questions you are asked if you hired a business plan professional. The day of the meeting [redacted] was 2 hours late and I travelled12 hours just for this specific meeting for only 30 minutes. When he arrived, his assistant, [redacted] begins voice recording the meeting. [redacted] read on an ipad in front of me about my business, which was roughly 15 seconds. He knew nothing about my company. That proves he didnt read the answers from the business assessment. The assessment was given to me to seem like they were putting a business model together. He couldnt even answer questions when I would ask a specific question (what should I do?). There was No firm answer. At the end of meeting, [redacted] told me. He was sorry, I wasted my money. So, he said. If I found an investor, let him know and he would help me so I wouldnt get jerked around when dealing with investors. A few days later, I requested my whole refund $2060.00 and [redacted] told me, he couldnt refund $2060.00 because I already sat down with [redacted]. I respond tell [redacted], I found investor. [redacted] stated,it will be more money. I told him I wasnt spending any more money because they didnt even do the 1st job. I just told him I want my whole refund $2060.00. I didnt even receive a signed copy of [redacted] book, which I also was suppose to receive. I gave him a long time to refund my money. Its when I told him, I was contacting Revdex.com that he stated he would be happy to talk with me about a partial refunded. I told him, I didnt want partial, I wanted all and I didnt want to speak with him on the phone. We have been communicated over email over year. [redacted] tries to make things sound sweet when its total not. I kept asking for the refunded and he wouldnt even respond. [redacted] and [redacted] are con artist. Anybody that works for [redacted] is young and he teaches them to con people.Desired Settlement: Full refund $2060.00
