I had seen Dr. [redacted] in March 2013. I had to pay $135.00 up front since they wouldn't bill the insurance. I paid the $135.00 that day. I got an insurance print out on my dental a couple of months later and my insurance paid $91.00, so that would mean that I would receive $91.00 back. I emailed Dr. [redacted]'s office (still have the email letter), and was told that they would be sending me a check on or after 6-25-2013. July 5th, I had my husband go into Dr. [redacted]'s office since I still had not received a check and he was told that the lady that makes out the checks was out and would be mailed out the following Monday which would be 07-08-2013. It is now July 12, 2013 and still no check. I don't feel that I should have to wait to receive my check for this long. I gladly paid them that day with no problem and I think that they should do the same.
