Review: I purchased condo from Sharbell in June 2015. When I saw and finalized the contract there was no hanging light installed and that's why I picked that apartment and requested them in writing not to install the dining area chandelier.

When I went for pre inspection and found light was installed inspite of my request. I complained and got it in wrting in pre inspection report and since then trying to resolve this issue and now they want me to pay to completely remove the light or relocate to different place.

My concern is why should I pay for someones mistake / negligence when I notified them not to install that light.Desired Settlement: Since it's their fault / negligence of not looking at my written request, they should do whatever necessary to fix this issue instead of ignoring my e.mail requests.
