Review: I am a member of Shapes to Come Health and Fitness. I am moving and personally went into Shapes to Come to cancel my membership. I was told I would receive a phone call to confirm cancellation. I did not receive a phone call and was charged for the next months membership fee's. I called Shapes to come multiple times throughout the weeks of 9/15-9/30 and requested a refund and cancellation of my membership. I was told multiple times that the owner was the only one authorized to assist me and that he would call me. I have never received a call and my membership is still active.Desired Settlement: I would like for my membership to Shapes to Come to be terminated with no termination fee's as discussed at the signing of my contract. I'm also requesting a full refund in either cash or back to my debit card.
