Very unhappy with purchase smells like pure rubber no response to my email to return, phone call went to no voicemail, unable to chat, no response, impossible worst customer service only gave 1 star to be able to complain after reading the other reviews I see I should have done my research I'm an i[censored] and this company is a fraud.

Bought a specialized corset from them for $34.99. Got email confirmation of purchase with receipt attached. However, NO TRACKING NUMBER was ever included! Email claims 5-day standard shipping. I purchased on Nov 8, 2015... and it's been over a week. I emailed them several days ago asking them for a tracking number and no response. Did more research only to find out they are also using a FAKE ADDRESS! The Carson City address provided is actually the address of a bookkeeping firm. They have mixed reviews posted... assuming that the 5-star ratings are the insiders. Everyone else who left a review claims to have never received their item or sent it back for an exchange but never got their replacement.Order_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementGive me what I ordered or give me my money back!
