This certificate was purchased on April 25th, by a woman named [redacted] for her friend [redacted] Apparently when [redacted] tried to use it a few months back for a facial/spa service, she represents that she was told we did not offer those servicesShe further complained about some non-responsiveness on the part of the front desk person First, we do offer spa services and secondly, our hospitality coordinators are highly trained and as far as I know always respond quickly Nonetheless, when she issued the complaint, our manager immediately did the research, contacted the purchaser,(who was very understanding and helpful) explained to her the situation and that we then had an esthetician on staff The purchaser provided the recipient ***'s number and our manager tried reaching her on a couple of different occasions leaving complete voice mails apologizing for the inconvenience and situation and would be more than happy to provide her service We did not receive responses to our phone calls After the Revdex.com complaint, our manager subsequently reached out to the purchaser on two different occasions We also called the purchaser today because we have still not heard from the recipient The purchaser assured our manager she would reach out to [redacted] and explain that we would be happy to render the service she wants in order to redeem the certificateToday [redacted] , the purchaser told our manager that [redacted] has no intention of doing anything with [redacted] (Except to complain) [redacted] , the purchaser, further indicated she was washing her hands of it at this point as she has not been able to positively appeal to ***

I'm agreeing because this business caused stress on the purchaser by continually contacting her about this issue and she shouldn't be involved. I have no interest in using this business after what happened especially with online reviews from others stating the same problem.
