Shanks Towing

Stank towing towed my fiancé car for no reason in my complex with my Apt stick in the window lying about being manager won't give me corporate number or district manager number. The lady that answered hung in my face when I was getting my finance on the phone. They just want money and very rude and are liars and get high they taking pills etc. They need to be shut down. I'm calling Commonwealth Attorney Office they are the ones will do something about tow companies.
