Shangri-La Tanning Boutique

Review: My 15 year old daughter and her friends went to this establishment for a spray tan. My daughter arrived at 6:30 and was told it would take an hour. The owner was drinking wine and beer. She disappears into the back of the boutique for an hour, returning visibly drunk, and advises the girls that it will be an additional hour. She then has the girls strip naked in the same room. She verbally yells at them for not moving the way she'd like. She uses profane language, and advises the girls she's only doing this because she cares about them. She advises that they are not to touch anything as she does not want spray tan everywhere. As she's drinking, she proceeds to light a cigarette, which she holds in her mouth while she's spraying the girls. She states that they do not need to worry about the amount of time they are there because they are too old for a curfew. The spray tan was only halfway applied, and she did not complete the process until 10 p.m. Three hours rather than the 1 hour time originally quoted. She proceeds to request the girls to check her beer situation and to put the beer in the fridge. After the girls state that she only has one beer left, she yells, screams, and curses at them. She then locks up the shop and tells them they can walk around naked as the shop is now closed. When I confronted her about these issues, she admits all of it, stating that it is not illegal. She also proceeded to advise me it's none of my business. I called the sheriff and had my complaint put on record. In my opinion, it is illegal for an adult to drink, smoke, and be with teenage girls alone at a business location.Desired Settlement: I want this business investigated as this is unethical and morally wrong.

I am rejecting this response because:

I have a police report that cooberates these claims which includes photo and video recordings. I have written statements attesting to this fact from 3 of the 4 girls. If no apology is supplied within the allotted time the Revdex.com allows to this response, we will take this to court.
