I went to Shane Co. Scottsdale, Arizona looking for a ring for my wife. Michelle B. Assisted me. I told her I knew what I was willing to spend however I did not tell her exactly what I was willing to spend. I had her show me things above my price and below, after 2 days of patiently trying to figure out what I wanted, I decided. I wanted the bigger of 2 diamonds but it was out of my range. So I told her I'd go with the smaller one. She was able to fond one so close to the larger one in my price range and still good quality. After, Shane Co employees helped me surprise my wife with the new ring. I definitely will go back to Shane Co in Scottsdale, AZ. And Michelle B. In the future.
