We are sorry for the Inconvenience that you experienced when receiving cold water during your shower The shower head is a very rare thing to cause loss of hot water during a shower and was not considered the problem until you suggested maybe check thatAfter we spoke on the phone about replacing the water heater I contacted caretaker Ken and everything had already been replaced on the water heater except the shell and that was functioning properlyWe can't replace water heaters when they function properlyThe last tenants that lived In your apartment were there for many years and never complained about cold water from the shower I did contact [redacted] from Revdex.com of Wisconsin to ask if during your complaint if you ever sugsested what you were looking for to settle thisHe told me that you wanted reimbursement for months of water billsYour water & sewer is part of the rent you pay and Is paid by the owner We request a written response from you as to what you feel is fair to reimburse you for the Inconvenience of hot water loss from the shower before the shower head was replaced We look forward to resolving this soonOur goal Is that all our tenants are happy and find residing In Parkrldge Apartments a satisfying experience CC:Revdex.com tal Lsndmark

I am paying for a two bedroom apartment, which means that I should have sufficient hot water for two people, not oneIf a member of my family or a friend comes to stay with me, they have to take a cold shower because even minutes (which I DO NOT AGREE THAT I HAD before the shower head was changed after my call to him on 7/14) is not enough hot water for two peopleThis is a reasonable requestI am asking to be reimbursed for the trouble that I had trying to get enough hot water to take a comfortable showerMy showers WERE NOT EXTREMELY LONG10-minutes is not an extremely long shower and I did not even have that much hot water when I first moved into this apartmentIn her response Jeanette did not mention that she lied to me when we first discussed this issue on the phoneShe said she would have *** replace my hot water heater when in fact she told him to continue to try to fix it and did not want the expense of a new heater.
When I moved in I was told the hood for my stove and my sliding screen door would be replaced right awayNEITHER OF THESE HAVE BEEN REPLACEDI had decided not to mention these things and only to focus on the hot water issueJeanette has done nothing about thisI asked *** even twice to replace my screen door and he told me it would take months to get a new oneThat is ridiculous and unacceptable
It is not my fault that the shower head did not get replaced right awayI was not even home when *** was working on my water heaterI was at workI was the one who suggested after being tired of dealing with not enough hot water that he try replacing the shower headHe was in my apartment checking on the issue and should have noticed this himself as he is the caretaker, not me

the problem until you suggested maybe check that. After we spoke on the phone about replacing the
water heater I contacted caretaker Ken and everything had already been replaced on the water heater
except the shell and that was functioning properly. We can't replace water heaters when they function
properly. The last tenants that lived In your apartment were there for many years and never
complained about cold water from the shower.
I did contact [redacted] from Revdex.com of Wisconsin to ask if during your complaint if you ever

months of water bills. Your water & sewer is part of the rent you pay and Is paid by the owner.
