We hired Shane to do work at our homeUpon completion of the job we noticed that there were paint stains left on one of our couches which we had purchased from a very reputable furniture company in [redacted] NHWe politely phoned Shane for ideas and assistance to remove the stainsHis response was to leave an extremely belligerent,rude and insulting message on our home phone answering machineHis response was 100% unacceptable and UNPROFESSIONAL !!
