Shamrock Tree Service and Landscaping

Review: We had Shamrock Tree Service out to our home in 9/14 to do $3500 worth of tree service . With Chris B[redacted]'s encouragement we purchased a "band" for one of our birch trees (ostensibly to prevent it from falling) at a cost of $100 but by the end of December it fell off. We contacted them (Chris B[redacted]) beginning in March to replace it. We have made no less than 10 phone calls asking for a replacement. Initially they assured us the would be out but never showed. Finally, in August I called, and requested not to have the item replaced (as noone as ever shows), but rather a refund. Mr. B[redacted] returned my call after about a week and a half, and asked me to text my name and address to his phone and he would reimburse us for the band. I did that but after almost two months we have yet to receive our reimbursement/refund. Either very unprofessional or unethical. So silly to risk professional reputation over a $100 item.!!!Desired Settlement: We would like to be have our refund for the band that was in affixed to our tree incorrectly and lasted a mere three months before falling off and blowing away. Thank you!!
