What Shamrock Roofing Inchas done to rectified the complaint is the following
Contacted *** *** and explained
to her that because Shamrock roofing Incdoesn't keep invoice/receipts past the year taxation period as requested by revenue Canada it would be up to her to help us with the type of shingle was installed on the roof* did say she had a receipt from (when shingles were installed on roof) but unfortunately it didn't list the manufacturer for which the shingle type was installed on the roofAll it had said was that it was a year warranty shingle
So what we have done after now knowing that the shingles were not an *** brand shingle (at no charge to ***) is take two shingles off the area of the roof (replacing with new shingles of same colour) where she is concerned shingles are not fulfilling the manufacturer's yrwarranty*** is now going to send the shingles into the ** manufacturer claims department along with the paper work to see if there is anything the manufacturer can do to resolve the problem
