I have lived in one of the apartments that they own and as well have family that lives in anotherPeople died in one abandoned apartment in one of their communities in one night due to their negligenceThey leave empty apartments doors open and windows broke to random people and children off the streets and living in the apartments to go into and cause troubleThey refuse to lock the doors even to rooms that hold applicants and tenants personal informationThere is garbage inside and outside of these vacant apartments that the company refuses to clean up which leaves mold, bugs, and smells both outside and inside peoples apartmentsThe children's park equipment is falling apart with lead and rust and sharp pieces sticking out of the slide for kids to go down and cut themselves onThe staff break into apartments using their keys so that when apartment owners try to use the insurance they will not pay due to the lack of anything being broken to get inThey blame their contractors for things but take no responsibility in hiring them
