Review: I purchased several deals at Shampoo Avenue B which they are refusing to honor. First I purchased a haircut and color for $59.85. Then I purchased a Brazilian Blowout for $86. I scheduled an appointment for these services on October [redacted]. When I went to my appointment I was told that I was not scheduled and that I was booked for October [redacted]. When I went to my appointment on October [redacted] I was told that the receptionist made an error and that I did not have an appointment. The business is now refusing to honor any of the deals I purchased at the salon and states that my purchase is not refundable.Desired Settlement: I want the services I purchased or I want a full refund. The total is $145.85.
