I, *** ***, owner and manager of Shampoo Hair Salon, have been in business for over years, would like to answer complaint ID *** as follows: As the complaint involves product issues, I would like to clarify that the issue stating that we put relaxer perm in a liquid shampoo and use
it to wash hair is illogicalWe deal with all types of hairPeople with ethnic hair, Caucasian hair, with dye in their hair, and people with highlights in their hair, amongst other chemicals in their hairHow can I put a relaxer in the shampoo and liquefy it so it would come out a shampoo bottle, when the perm relaxer is the texture of a thick shortening paste, and could only come out the jar using a spatulaThis is completely absurdFurthermore, the complainant states she stopped coming to our salon for services, and was going elsewhereWhich according to her, helped her grow long hair-- Even after being dissatisfied with us, she STILL came back to Shampoo to get her hair styled once againShe says she came back for a ponytail after going to other places and having multiple products used in her hairWe cannot be held liable for a client that jumps around from hair salon to hair salonShe was NOT solely our clientWe cannot be held liable for one dissatisfied client, whom was not solely our clientI have used the same products on a large clientele for over yearsAll who are 100% satisfiedWith my knowledge of being in the hair industry for over years, and having family as hair management instructors, I can firmly say this is all biasedSincerely yours, - Edwin R***
