I am rejecting this response because:
First, if IndianEagle noticed a canceled segment, they should have determined the reason for the change by contacting me and/or airline. At the least, after making a change arbitrarily, without my authorization, based on their own assumptions, they should have notified me of this change which, as noted in my original complaint, they did not. I was in the dark completely about these background happenings and spent several hours in the airline office before getting to know what has happened.
Secondly, when I contacted IndianEagle the same day of my airline office visit about this issue, their agents, 2 of them, did not disclose what had really happened and charged me a price for what they called re-issuance of my 3 tickets (change penalty + fare difference) but which I suspect as new one-way tickets. An agent of IndianEagle contacted me on Dec. 29, 2016, to discuss this issue and it is still on-going as to how it can be resolved amicably. They have offered to refund a portion of this "re-issuance" amount, which I think proves my suspicion.
The last message received from IndianEagle in a reply to my email askinn for update has noted an on-going discussion between them and the airline and requesting more time to resolve this issue. I am willing to give them a little bit more time but I believe this dispute/case should be open until IndianEagle and I come to an agreement on the best way to close this dispute at which time I will send a message to close it.

Apologies for the inconvenience.We contact the airline database for information related to any charges. In this regards we took the customer into confidence by having a three way call with the Airline.
The customer was made to understand the total cancellation charges.
We hope it has been settled.

I am rejecting this response because: Customer Service Representatives have been telling me that they are processing my refund for more than 6...
months. Most recently, I received a commitment from a "Deepesh", that my refund would be transmitted to me by August 26th. I still have not received the refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and this is a joke. They kept telling me that they will check the airlines and get back to me in about 2-3 hrs time, but they never call you or email you. The business simply ignores you once your tickets are booked and they cash in your money - plain simple.
Now that the date for my intended return date is past, I don't see a point in arguing with such unprofessionals. Lesson learnt. None of my friends/ families/ colleagues are booking tickets from them.

Hello everyone,
My experience with Fortalex was a nice one. I got my hair damaged after dying it blond, I tired a couple of things besides Fortalex but was not really satisfied with results and price. So after using the shampoo for about 2 months I can say that I would definitely recommend it. My hair got softer,stronger, thicker and its easier to brush and style it now. Good luck everyone :)

The Booking was made online on our website, we show a variety of options what ever the Booking Engine returns. The Premium Economy Class is only catered in Virgin Atlantic not in Jet Airways carrier. We will not be able to do any refund as the airline...
does not serve the class.

I am rejecting this response because: While I was re-booking my ticket. the company did...
not advised me (on full refund if ticket is to be cancelled for family emergency) properly in the first instance This has resulted in me buying two one way tickets at [redacted] of time at a very high premium, as well as struggling to get my full refund for the original ticket that I booked through [redacted]n [redacted].
