Rather than actually respond to my complaint, Shampoo Cocktails chose to state falsehoods like "becoming irate" and "threatening the Receptionist"Since it is my word against theirs, for those of you who actually remember what good customer service means, what it means to stand behind your product or service requesting a refund, stating that one does not want a repeat service based on the poor results of the first service and stating that I would file a small claims case with the courts is NOT being irate or threatening anyoneIt is simply stating my responseI repeat - the only way to fully resolve my complaint against this business would be to receive a fully refund

If they do not wish to see the original stylist we make an exception and schedule the redo with another stylist. The receptionist offered to schedule [redacted] with her choice of either [redacted] who did the service or with myself.
