This guy is a *** ***The insurance came out two different times to assess damageWe then had to wait for partsOnly used parts were approvedI discounted already low margin partsThe hang up was not intentional as I was putting it on speaker so my opsmgr could participate as he was more
versed on the situationThis entire conversation took place in the privacy of my closed door office, NOT in the showroomThe vehicle is now at a body shop that HE approved AND awaiting additional approval for supplemental repairs not originally discoveredBeing in business over years I find no benefit or satisfaction in delaying any repair to anyone for any reasonThis has been a very unusual situation for us as we are not used to waiting for approval from anyone other than the customer, much less having to have repeated visits or delayed communicationsWe are an auto REPAIR shop, not a body shop, we only tried to facilitate the customerIf he feels that an apology is needed then so be itI sincerely and professionally apologizeTHANK YOU, *** ***, Shamel Auto & Tire

I am rejecting this response because:
Name calling is not an appropriate apology... Being called a wing nut after poor customer service and bad management system is not the customers fault. IF you were unable to do the job from the beginning then it was your responsibility to let the customer know, so the vehicle could have been moved to an appropriate location sooner.I don't approve of the response.
