This is Paul *** @ GMCPauls responding to complaint ID *** Nathan Wiro purchased a High hump cab floor & left & right front door pillar on Sept 3rd The high hump cab floors Must ship truck freight due to it's large sizeIn our description we state we bill the
minimum average cost of truck freight at time of order then if shipping is any higher we then contact them for approval on the additional shipping costsThe customer Nathan Wiro provided a Oregon ship to address and we are located in Indiana so when we checked freight costs the cost of shipping was $and the customer was billed the minimum shipping cost of $for shipping to a residence We then sent a email requesting approval to bill for the additional shipping on Sept 4th and over the next business sent more emails requesting them to either approve or deny our billing the additional costs to the email address on the order ( [email protected] ) with ZERO response from the customer So on 09-Sep-at 04:59:39am CDT we issued a refund back to the card used to make the purchase due to a lack of response to our emailsThen l received our 1st response from *** *** on Sept9th at 1:59pm EST nearly hours after the refund had been performed requesting us to cancel the order and refundWe then notified *** *** this had already been done and that a email was sent to the email address on the order of ( [email protected] ) that we were performing the refund due to a lack of response and that a refund notification was sent to that email address also from our card processor Then from Sept9th - Sept 15th *** *** emailed us off and on wanting to know why the refund wasn't in her bank yetWe responded to EVERY email providing information on the refund and it was never satisfactory to her because her bank still had not credited her account she then asked to be calledI called and explained everything that we had already emailed and she tried to tell me that it was our fault her bank hadn't credited her account and that I should begin calling my bank & card processor etcto get this resolvedI tried to explain to her that doing so would accomplish nothing and she then began threatening to file fraud charges and complaints with the Revdex.com and I told her she had every right to but it would do no good in speeding up her bank crediting the funds back and even suggested that if she thought I was being fraudulent to request her ban to do a charge back and they would discover they could not due to our having performed the refund on Sept9th So the refund was performed on Sept9th and she's entered this complaint because she is not patient enough for the financial institutions to complete the refund All information of our correspondence from Sept9th thru Sept 15th and all refund information pertaining to this order can be found below in that email correspondence with *** *** Susan also stated in her Customer Experience Information that they received a quote for shipping costs and that we then contacted them for a greater amountAT NO TIME did anyone request a freight quote for this orderThey simply placed the order and were billed the MINIMUM AVERAGE FREIGHT COSTDue to the distance involved it was motre than the MINIMUM and we contacted them for approval on the shipping costs as we state we will in the item description since it was more than the minimum If you have any questions you now have my email address to respond to meI would like a reply after you determine that the information I provided her is 100% correct and factual stating that this case has been closed and that the card holder used to make the purchase under Nathan Wiro's name *** *** has been closedPaul * *** Owner @ GMCPauls Truck Parts Adams Drive Rockville, IN Fax: 773-442-Phone - 765-344-
