I am rejecting this response because: this is a scamI left dollars tipsNot $There was absolutely no adhesive, I had no glue nor any stickersI have before and after pictures of the roomIncluding I CLEANED THE ROOM BEFORE EXITINGThis establishment had provided information once againWhatever picture they are using is a one and definitely not from the room that I cleaned myself along with leaving dollars tip, and not dollarsThis pure scam.

copy of our Hotel Policies. Upon her check in on August 27th, 2017, [redacted] was given a copy of our Hotel Policies and Non-Smoking Policy to review and sign. The policy clearly states that a security deposit in the amount of $100.00 would be authorized on a credit card to ensure that no damages / and or smoking is done in the room. [redacted] signed the policy and her credit card authorization slip (copies attached). Upon check out our head housekeeper alerted management to the damage that was found in [redacted]s’ room. The damage was confirmed and documented by management. Photo of the damage to the surface of the dresser is attached. During her stay some type of glue was smeared over the entire surface of the dresser and then pamphlets were adhered, this caused the damage. Other than the damage to the dresser her room was left in otherwise acceptable condition. A letter was emailed to [redacted] explaining that her card was charged to help cover the cost of the damage in her room. The $100 charge is valid, [redacted] was well aware of our policies, and she damaged the surface of the dresser. Her letter states that she left a $200.00 cash tip for the housekeeping department for her 5 night stay. Housekeeping confirmed that the tip was $20.00 (not $200.00). Housekeeping tips are left to the discretion of the customer to the housekeeping staff. If a tip is left for housekeeping it has nothing to do with damage(s) to the room if it does occur. The Shalimar Resort and Conference Center is in the hospitality business. We provide a service to our customers. We are not in the business to “scam customers” or “fabricate photos” as suggested by [redacted].
