As you know, I am quite dissatisfied with the outcome of my vehicle repair or lack of repair Per our conversations yesterday, I brought my vehicle back to you early Thursday afternoon to figure out why my vehicle still, after you had it for days, needed 3+ attempts to start up and with great difficulty The only reason I waited that long to return it to you was because once I picked it up last Friday evening about 5pm I didn't feel well so we drove straight home where we stayed in the house until Tuesday morning It was then when I had to start it up for the 1st time since the repairs only to discover it took attempts before it turned over Throughout the day on errands each time it took 3-attempts to start it upWe didn't return home until after dark so by Wednesday morning I called you to inform you that the original problem hadn't been resolved and it was still having problems starting You explained that you were too busy to inspect my vehicle
