[redacted] purchased a vehicle that was sold "as is" and was informed multiple times throughout the process that the vehicle was a salvage title She was shown the Autocheck which showed a salvage title at which time she discussed it with Matt her salesperson, and also signed documentation stating that the vehicle was a salvage title and was sold "as is" We could not have been more clear and thorough in informing her about the vehicle throughout the whole process When she came in Saturday to try to return the vehicle she stated that there was a check engine light on, as a matter of good will and customer service, we offered to take a look at it On Monday we determined the car needed a thermostat and we repaired it for her at no charge Regards,
